Drinks and food are not included with the speed dating fee. Our venues serve food and drinks at a cost which you may purchase if you desire.

You must be single to attend one of our events. Married people or people in relationships are not allowed to attend our events. If you are divorced or separated and consider yourself a single we encourage you to attend our events.

There are no limits to how many people you can pick and therefore there are no limits to the amount of mutual matches you can get!

In order for you and someone else to be considered a "match" you must have mutually picked each other on our website. When that occurs you will be able to see each others' contact info.

The venues we work with don't know enough to be able to help you regarding questions about speed dating or about your account with us. If you have any questions please email us or call us a (800) 748-1520. The best method of communication is via email. We answer emails the same day.

If the venue has added space where someone can wait while you speed date then sure. But please keep in mind that there is nothing to be nervous about. Everyone at the event is there for the same reason.

When tickets are available for an event we show a link that says "Sign Up Now" for the event. If an event is sold our for men or women, then we show a link that says "Men Join Waiting List" or "Women Join Waiting List." If an event is sold out for both men and women then we show a link that says "Join Waiting list." If you join the waiting list for an event we will notify you by phone or email if space becomes available.

We will never sell or share your information with another company. We will only share your contact information with anyone with whom you have mutually matched on our website (a person who you picked who also picked you).

We do not have a strict dress code. However, we recommend you dress to make a good first impression.

You must be over 21 to attend our events. Most of the venues serve alcohol and therefore you must be at least 21 to enter many of the venues we work with.

If you are only 1 or 2 years older or younger than the recommend age range you are still encouraged to attend. If however, you are a lot older or younger than the recommended age range we do not recommend that you attend the event.

Speed dating events require an even ratio of men and women. Therefore, like our competitors, we must have a strict policy. We require 5 days notice of a planned absence in order to qualify for a full refund. Nevertheless, we understand that sometimes things come up at the last minute. While we cannot refund you with less than 5 days notice, we would provide you with a code that could be used to attend another event as a replacement.

After you attend our event we will email you a username and password so you can pick your matches on our website. You will see a list of people who attended. Just click on the people you want to select and then click the submit button. You will be a match with anyone you pick who also picks you.

We guarantee that you will meet someone at our event that you will like and want to pick. If you do not meet someone you like and don't pick anyone on our site then we will give you a promo code so you can attend a future event for free. However, we cannot guarantee you will get a match because we cannot control who people like. If you pick people but the same people don't pick you, we are not responsible.

At an average event you will meet about 10-15 singles. If you meet less than 10 singles you will be given a promo code so you can attend a future event for free.
